In the first game of the day, T&T controlled much of the first half possession and territory, though through good Barbados defense failed to turn possession into points until mid way through the half when Heron Graham went over in the corner after some sharp handling down the back line. This was closely followed by a penalty try awarded for a high tackle close to the line. The try was converted by Chris Boyak. The second half was a fairly even affair with strong defense and errors by both teams canceling each other out. The only try of the half came from T&T second row Mike Augustus. Late in the match Sean Edwards kicked a penalty for Barbados.

In the second game of the day the USA team’s superior strength and physicality proved too much for a very spirited and courageous Cayman side that defended like lions throughout the game and gave them a good test in the forwards.

The USA opened the scoring with tries from blind side flanker Simon Kinet and full back Nate Ebner before centre Hoseki Kofe powered his way through the middle of the Cayman defense to provide an easy conversion attempt for fly half Hamish Roberts. Two further tries by Lock Scott Lavana and another for Simon Kinet gave the USA a 27-0 half time lead. In the second half tenacious defense by Cayman prevented the USA team from dominating the game and restricting them to only two further tries, one by winger Zack Test and another by prop Kyle Toombs.
