Please see below the official announcement for the Caribbean Championship Final:

“Pleased be advised that the NAWIRA Executive has decided in favour of Trinidad & Tobago as the host country for the Final of the RWC 2007 Caribbean Qualifier.

The choice was determined after considering cost, convenience of travel, concern over visa issues if held in the USA and to an extent because this is a WIRU Championship, that it is only fitting it should be held in the West Indies.

The match is to be played on October 1st at a suitable stadium venue in Port of Spain.
